FAQ
[/text_output][accordion id=”VeriBiz-FAQ”][accordion_item title=”Can any company enroll with VeriBiz?” parent_id=”VeriBiz-FAQ”]Yes, any (valid) company may enroll with VeriBiz – and have their customers and supplier identity (legal existence) verified, documented, and monitored.
Currently VeriBiz is only marketed actively in Denmark, but companies from other countries are naturally welcome as well. It is a requirement, though, that we are able to ensure the identity (legal existence) of our customers. Therefore companies from countries where we are not able to verify the identity can not enroll.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Can VeriBiz be used with any IT system ?” parent_id=”VeriBiz-FAQ”]Yes, VeriBiz can be used with any IT system – even so-called “homegrown” systems.
VeriBiz can be updated “manually” by uploading an Excel spreadsheet with the supplier and customer information – or automatically by means of an interface.
Feel free to contact us to learn if we have a standard interface available for your IT system. (If not, rest assured, the interfaces are quite simple, should not be too much hassle to build).[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”My company has supplier and customer information in multiple system – is that a problem ?” parent_id=”VeriBiz-FAQ”]Strictly speaking it is not a company that is enrolled – but an IT system. Therefore it is not a problem for VeriBiz that your company has supplier and customer information in multiple systems. We simply assist you in creating a database in the cloud for each IT system – and configure each to reflect access rights as required by your organization.
An alternative is to help you create a “master repository” for all your business partner information…[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Is it safe to use VeriBiz? Can somebody else read my partner information?” parent_id=”VeriBiz-FAQ”]It is safe to use VeriBiz – in the same sense it is safe to use the web to do banking, communicate with government authorities, and so forth.
VeriBiz is built specifically to safeguard the partner information using state-of-the-art encryption technologies, firewalls, safe file transfers (FTPES), and safe web browsing (https).
We believe we have taken all reasonable measures to safeguard your partner data, and will never divulge the information to any third party.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”2. Which fields are required to use in VeriBiz ?” parent_id=”VeriBiz-FAQ”]VeriBiz knows the following fields:
a, b, and c.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”3. Can partner data become “outdated” ?” parent_id=”VeriBiz-FAQ”]Yes, partner data becomes outdated after some time. If you have an integrated solution, the partner data never becomes outdated, but if you forget to periodically upload a new partner list, the verification will not be performed ! VeriBiz will warn you, though ….[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”4. Can I be sure that all my customers and suppliers can be verified ?” parent_id=”VeriBiz-FAQ”]No, unfortunately not.
Currently VeriBiz is able to verify customer and suppliers from all 28 EU countries against the respective national company registers. We are working at including the countries in the SEPA framework as well, but this work has not yet been completed.
In other countries, we do not (yet) have access to the national company registers, but know the syntax (or format, if you will) of the VAT or Company Registration ID.[/accordion_item][/accordion][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
